O bairro de Santo António é um bairro extremamente famoso pela sua cultura, tradição e familiaridade para com o povo português que se desloca de norte a sul do país para vir vivenciar a celebração das festas de Santo António, que ocorrem anualmente em junho. Nesta que é uma das festas populares mais reconhecidas do ponto de vista nacional, o bairro é completamente decorado e sujeito a procissões religiosas juntamente com outros desfiles similares. Para além das festividades outros pontos fazem deste local, o sítio memorável, tais como a preservação da história local, os sítios caricatos como a Rua das antiguidades ou a gastronomia e os espaços de lazer, resultado dos restaurantes familiares que lá se encontram há mais de 50 anos e dos espaços que se dedicam à partilha de peças de teatro.

The Santo António neighborhood is an extremely famous neighborhood for its culture, tradition and familiarity with the Portuguese people who travel from the north to the south of the country to come and experience the celebration of the Santo António festivities, which take place annually in June. In this, which is one of the most recognized popular festivals from a national point of view, the neighborhood is completely decorated and subject to religious processions along with other similar parades.
